NRCHA Stallion On-Line Auction Terms and Conditions

One breeding for the 2010 Season from each of the listed stallions will be sold to the highest bidder from bidding through Wednesday December 16, 2009.

Bids will be accepted via the auction page on the NRCHA Web Site (http://nrcha.com/auctions.aspx) .

Payment in full for breeding from successful bidder must be received by the NRCHA Office by Wednesday December 23, 2009.

Payment may be made by check or money order or by visa/mastercard with a 5% surcharge. If the winning bidder fails to pay by this time, the next highest bidder will be considered the winning bidder.

Bids must be made in $50 increments. High bidder names and amount of bids will be updated on the web site

Successful bidders will be notified via email before December 18, 2009.

Starting bid is ½ the advertised breeding fee.

Each successful bidder will be purchasing in full the breeding services of the stallion specified on the bidding form. (Successful bidders will be responsible to pay chute fee, booking fee, mare care, veterinary expenses, shipped semen expenses, or any other expenses that are incurred. The bid is for the actual breeding only.)

Each successful bidder will be bound by the breeding contract specified by the stallion selected. The contact name and phone number is included on the list. Feel free to contact them if you have questions.

NRCHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, extend deadlines, or otherwise modify the rules as necessary to deal with unforeseen circumstances which arise.
