2012 Stallion Service Online Auction
Terms & Conditions (updated 4/8/2011)

1. One breeding for the 2012 Season from each of the listed stallions will be sold to the highest bidder from bidding October 19 through December 31, 2011. Bidding will be closed at 7:00 pm CST on December 31, 2011.
2. Bids will be accepted via e-mail from the SWRHA website (www.swrha.com).
3. Payment in full for breeding from successful bidder must be received by the SWRHA Office by January 10, 2012.
4. Payment may be made by check or money order or by Visa/Mastercard with a 5% surcharge. If the winning bidder fails to pay by this time, the next highest bidder will be considered the winning bidder.
5. Bids must be made in $50 increments. High bidder names and amount of bids will be updated on the website.
6. Successful bidders will be notified by email on January 2, 2012.
7. Starting bid is half the advertised breeding fee.
8. Each successful bidder will be purchasing in full the breeding services of the stallion specified on the bidding form. Successful bidders will be responsible to pay chute fee, booking fee, mare care, veterinary expenses, shipped semen expenses, or any other expenses that are incurred. The bid is for the actual breeding only.
9. Each successful bidder will be bound by the breeding contract specified by the stallion selected. The contact name and phone number is included on the list. Feel free to contact them if you have questions.
10. SWRHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, extend deadlines, or otherwise modify the rules as necessary to deal with unforeseen circumstances which arise.
