Guidelines: |
- Auction begins January 1, 2009 and ends February
1, 2009 at 7pm CST (Central Standard Time).
- Starting bids will be
½ the Advertised Stud
Fee.
- Bids will be made
in $50 increments and will only accept a minimum bid
of $50 and maximum bid of $500 over current high
bid.
- Successful bidders
will be notified by email on February 2, 2009.
Payment in full for breeding from successful bidder
must be received by the SWRHA Office by February 8,
2009.

| Tips: |
- Please enter correct Bidder Information.
If this information is incorrect and we are not able
to contact you by email you could lose your bid.
- Please use the Contact Information for the
stallions to determine the additional fees and
information on the stallions.
- Do not wait to make a last second bid. The
chances that a last second bid will be processed is
very slim. While you are waiting to submit
your bid at the last second someone else may have
already raised the bid to a higher amount this could
cause your bid to be denied.
- The bidding form will allow you to bid more than
the Advertised Stud Fee. Be aware of the
Advertised Stud Fee when placing your bid. A
bid above the Advertised Stud Fee will be accepted
and processed.

| Steps for
making a bid: |
- Visit the SWRHA Stallion Service Online Auction
and read the Terms & Conditions as well as the
Guidelines & Tips and familiarize yourself with this
information.
- Click on a link that is labeled "View Donated
Stallions". This link will direct you to a
list of the stallions donated to the auction, the
current high bid and bidder, and a link to view some
information about the stallion.
- Now you can "Bid On Stallion" or View Stallion
Info". Click the "Bid On Stallion" link to
start the bidding process.
- The bidding process is now underway. The
first page consists of two parts. The top
section is a message displaying the stallion you
selected to bid on. If this is not the
stallion you wish to bid on click the "Back to List
<<<" button and select the stallion you wish to bid
on. The second section of the first page is a
form asking for your contact information. It
is very important that this information is correct.
We will use this information especially the email.
Please fill out this information and click "Next
>>>". If you are making a bid outside of the
United States please enter your full address in the
"Address" box.
- The next page is again made up of two sections.
The top section allows you to confirm the bidder
information that you entered on the previous page.
The bottom section is where you will place your bid.
Use the drop down box to place your bid. You
will be allowed to make a minimum bid of $50 over
the current bid to a maximum of $500 over the
current bid in $50 increments. Select the
amount that you would like to bid then click "Submit
Bid".
- The last page is the Thank You confirmation
page. This page will list the stallion and
amount for which you just bid. It will also
have the contact information we will us to contact
you. The page then list the reason that you
would be contacted.
